I.C.F. Builders and Consultants, Inc. is a long-established and well-respected minority-owned construction company; experienced in project management, construction management and general contracting deliveries.

I.C.F. was founded in 1981 as a consulting and healthcare development firm.  The primary focus of the firm was initially to assist healthcare professionals in providing state of the art; quality-built patient facilities.  While today, the focus has broadened, the purpose remains the same.  Simply stated, our mission involves working with clients in both the public and private sectors on construction projects completed to the owner’s total satisfaction.

Today, I.C.F. offers an assortment of construction services and deliveries ranging from Project Management, Construction Management, and General Contracting.  Our most valued assets are the people who make-up our construction team.  With the singular purpose of providing our clients what they want and when they want it; constructing well-built, enduring facilities is the team goal.
