Roger
Ligon, Sr.,
founder and President of I.C.F., established the company on the principles of
hard work, integrity and putting our clients first. A graduate of Tennessee State University, Roger Sr. has over
twenty (20) years of construction experience.
William
“Fuzz” Douglas
serves as chief estimator and project manager, has over fifty (50) years of
construction experience, and is well respected in the field.
Jarmaine Betts, serves as project assistant in charge of submittals
and contract
documents.
Jarmaine is a graduate of Tennessee State University.
Roger
Ligon, Jr.
is I.C.F.’s Secretary and Treasurer. Roger Jr. is a graduate of Fisk University
and offers ten (10) years of field experience.
